Product Description

This machine is composed of frame, mold clamping device, mold adjusting device, center mechanism, curing chamber, feeding device, tire unloading device, hydraulic system, electrical system, pipeline system, inflation device after curing, etc.

Electrical control system: PLC is used as the control center, and touch screen is used as the display unit. The touch screen displays the curing status, which can realize man-machine dialogue such as process selection and parameter modification.

The mould height can be adjusted automatically.
